NCI received a telephone call (on October 16) from the Aruba Amateur Radio Club - which is the national society in Aruba - a tiny island nation in the Netherlands Antilles off the coast of Venezuela (South America.).
The caller (Anthony Thiel, call sign: P43T) told NCI that his society did get the letter and attachments that NCI had sent to (146 different) Amateur Radio societies around the world.
He said that the Aruba Amateur Radio Club would be supporting NCIs position to eliminate Morse testing as an international licensing requirement
Anthony also signed up as an NCI member, adding yet another country to NCIs rapidly growing membership rolls.
